1. Digital Products & Course Access

All digital downloads, e-books, prompt galleries, and course materials available on this website are created by Tarun Hazra and are for your personal use and educational purposes only. Reselling, distributing, modifying, or sharing these materials on any other platform is strictly prohibited and violates copyright laws.

2. Client Services (AI Ads & 3D Visuals)

For brand collaborations involving Cinematic AI Ads, AI Product Shoots, or Viral Reels, an upfront advance payment is required before the project commences. Full ownership and copyright of the final deliverables, including 3D assets and AI avatars, will be transferred to the client only upon receipt of the full and final payment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Downloads: I enforce a strict "No Refund" policy for all digital products, e-books, and prompt galleries once accessed or downloaded.
• Courses: Enrollments in my masterclasses and online courses are final and non-refundable.
• Services: Advance payments made for booking ad creation projects are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All website designs, personal branding, logos, text, video content, and AI tutorials are the exclusive intellectual property of Tarun Hazra. Unauthorized commercial use, duplication, or reproduction of my brand identity and content is strictly prohibited.
